Why living as a goat is good for you.

London-based designer Thomas Thwaites took to the Alps to live life as a goat in an attempt to escape the stresses of everyday, human life. Backed by the Wellcome Trust, he studied all aspects of goat life and built himself a goat exoskeleton to help him bond with the herd. Thwaites says the experience taught him mindfulness and how important it is to remember we are all animals.
