"the very rich are different from you and me"
Whatever happened to "All men are created equal."?
"Nancy Pelosi (net worth $26.4 Million) to Barack Obama (net worth $11.8 Million):"
Do you consider that very rich? What about those billionaires?
"take your ban on assault weapons to the people who cling to guns or religion, or antipathy toward people who aren’t like them." - Nancy to Obama
I don't think those people have that much antipathy to those billionaires who financed campaign against Obama.
Btw. Let me tell you about someone I know personally, who I think is the poster boy for a lot of those who don't like Obama for guns.
He's 42 years old, believes in 'rah rah', has about 6 guns, and always trying to get more even though he's flat broke. He has a college degree, but he works in a job that doesn't require a college degree, been at it at least 5 years. His 'stated' ambition is to get a master's degree in forensics, and works in CSI, but always spends on his money on guns, partying(instead of saving to go to graduate school), but blames Obama, and liberals for his status in his life.
I've told him if he wants to realize his dream of working in CSI, he better finish his master's before 50, or otherwise he better hope he would be 'discovered' like 'Joe the Plumber', the wannabee plumber who became 'motivational speaker', and a Sarah Palin with a dick.
That was a literary allusion.
Yes, I knew it was. I was just having some fun with it. Just like your 'suggestion' of 'interior decorating' as important policy matter.
